Rapid Fat Loss Workout
There are 7 exercises per round.
Perform each exercise with little or no rest in between sets.
Rest about 1 minute between each round.
I recommend 3 to 5 rounds total.
Exercise Sequence:
- Prisoner Squats: 20 reps
- Push-ups or T-stand Push-ups: 10-20 reps
- Reaching Lunges: 10 each side
- Helicopters: 3 full circles each direction
- Rotation Jumps: 5 each way
- Side Lunges: 10 each side
- Bicycle Abs: 25 each side
Be sure to use perfect form. Pull your nave towards your spine.

This was great! Thank you for getting us this workout…you’re supposed to be off, enjoying your vacation! This workout definitely got my blood pumping and it was fun…I’m glad there weren’t any inchworms…lol. I added a pillar tabata to the end because I’d go on withdrawals without one. You’re awesome Al!
