Sustainable Basket of Vegetables - Farmer's Market

Author and Orange County Fitness Expert, Alexander Morentin, discusses the cost and benefit of delicious whole foods available at the Fullerton Farmer’s Market. Discover the exact cost of each of the foods presented and decide for yourself whether organic foods are too expensive… or not. :-)

I am a huge proponent of eating organic sustainable whole foods to achieve vibrant health and happiness. I encourage you to add delicious whole foods into your diet whenever possible. And, I encourage you to buy from local farmers whenever possible. Local food is fresh, nutritious, and delicious. It also connects you to the farmers in a dynamic way that lets them know you appreciate the whole foods they provide and encourages them to keep on doing what they are doing for future generations. :-)

I totally agree that the organic produce, especially if purchased from the Farmer’s Market is affordable and not too expensive. What about growing your own food and collecting fruit from your own trees, also.

Tomatoes are easy to grow your own in this wonderful climate!
